The gemstone handle is made from a real turquoise composite, called Mojave purple. Real Kingman turquoise was fused together with bronze into a more stable stone, and purple color was partially applied.

Blade comes sharpened.
An optional sheath is made from thick, brown leather with a tooled pattern, and ready to be worn at a belt.
